About

We started in Canberra because that's where it matters most.

An ACT-registered business building sovereign supply capability for Australia — one delivery at a time.

Our story

Built in response to a crisis.

Capital Supplies was incorporated in Canberra in 2026. The idea came from watching the 2021 AdBlue crisis unfold — when Australia's entire supply of diesel exhaust fluid nearly ran out because the country depended on urea imports from a single trading partner.

The response from government was swift: emergency taskforces, ACCC intervention, $49.5 million in strategic stockpiles. But the underlying problem — no sovereign manufacturing capability — wasn't solved by a stockpile. It needs businesses willing to build it from the ground up.

That's what Capital Supplies is doing. We started by supplying AdBlue reliably to fleet customers in Canberra. We're building toward manufacturing it here.

Our mission

Reliable supply today. Sovereign capability tomorrow.

“To supply essential industrial fluids reliably, professionally and transparently — and to build the domestic manufacturing capability that means Australia never has to scramble again.”
